Yet another Fremont Solstice Parade has come to pass in Seattle.  As usual there were hordes of people and a great parade and fair.  I didn’t get a photo pass this year so I just patrolled the sidelines and enjoyed the spectacle.  I wanted to get this gallery up sooner but I have been far too busy with paying gigs (you might have noticed the dearth of blog posts this year).  And yes, the body painted cyclists showed up and showed off, if you know what I mean.  A few images below, or go to my main Solstice Parade Gallery to see the revelers in all their adornment, or lack thereof.

Fabulous! You always have a way of catching not just great images but the soul of the scene. Makes me wish I’d been able to go. Down with a cold but hopefully next solstice…
    Happy summer Will!
